When you apply for membership with Mount Martha Bowls, Petanque & Social b, you consent to the Club collecting and using your personal information for the purposes of:
- Managing your membership and maintaining accurate Club records - Organising bowls, pétanque, and social activities - Communicating with you about Club news, events, and operational matters - Meeting legal and insurance obligations - Using event photography or video for Club promotion (unless you opt out in writing)
The Club may disclose your information to Bowls Victoria, Bowls Australia, Pétanque Federation Australia, insurers, and service providers where required. We do not sell personal information.
Your information is stored securely, and you may request access or correction at any time by contacting the Club Secretary.

Use of Email Tracking Pixels

All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.
